Construction
BCI began executing small capital projects for customers along the Houston ship channel in 1995 and since then BCI has become the leading, full service heavy industrial contractor for projects in the Gulf Coast. BCI self-performs all major crafts, cutting down on delays, inefficiencies, and cost. Whether it’s replacing a single pump foundation or a large plant expansion, we give every project the proper attention to make it a success. BCI has the capabilities to execute just construction or EPC, on a Lump Sum or on a Time and Material basis. When projects get complicated, and scopes get difficult BCI has the experience to bring value with unconventional solutions.
Fabrication
BCI began pipe fabrication at our headquarters in 1995 and have fabricated pipe for Owner’s facilities, erected by BCI’s mechanical field crews. In 2020, BCI expanded to create a full division fabrication to include Piping, Process Skids and Modules for outside customers including Owner facilities, EPC’s, Pipeline Operators and Oil and Gas customers. Our knowledge of constructability has proved valuable to all our pipe fabrication customers in that we know what it takes to erect. Our material handling, tracking and traceability ensures that the right piping is bundled per customer to prevent cross pollination of individual piping projects going through the shop. Our company employes 3 AWS Certified Welding Inspectors full-time with 1 full-time CWI dedicated to our pipe fabrication division.

Turnarounds
BCI is more than a labor resource for our customers when their plants go offline. We bring value with experience and coordination while maintaining focus on Safety and Quality. Our customers call us when they shut down because our supervision will communicate, adapt, and execute making any outage a success. BCI has a fleet of equipment from dirt equipment to cranes, ranging from 15 - 60 Ton, to respond and mobilize quickly. Whether you have an outage that requires 12 months of planning or emergency freeze repairs or a plant burnout, BCI is a valuable resource that can respond rapidly with qualified personnel to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
Maintenance
We take pride in our people and because of this our customers see the value we bring to their maintenance departments. We provide project type personnel for our customers’ maintenance programs while still being competitive. The difference is that our management team stays involved with all our maintenance customers, always making sure the BCI personnel and equipment are exceeding standards. We can help whether you need one electrician or dozens of personnel made up of mechanical and soft craft to groundskeeping and warehouse staff.
